Conveniently located in the new Wyndham Private Medical Centre, opposite Werribee Mercy Hospital, Hoppers Lane GP Clinic offers a wide variety of services to help you and your family with all your health and wellbeing needs. See below for further information.

Bulk Billing – our fees
Most fees and procedures are bulk billed to Medicare. For overseas students we offer rebates for those holding the OSHC card.
This includes any pathology or X-rays you may require.
To be bulk billed it is essential that you bring your current Medicare card with you. Please also present any pension or concession cards you may have.
Patients without a current Medicare card will be charged a cash fee of $70 which must be paid at the time of the consultation.
Some services, including medical screenings for work or vehicle licenses cannot be bulk billed and will incur a fee. Please discuss this with our Reception team prior to booking your appointment.
Appointments can be made by telephoning our Clinic on 8731 6500.
Appointments enable our Doctors to manage their time effectively, to enable them to accommodate all patients.
There is often a need to deal with urgent problems and see patients who need unexpected medical treatment. We are therefore, happy to see patients without appointments. However please note that patients with appointments are given priority, whilst our “walk in” patients may experience a short wait.
If you think you may require extra time with the Doctor, please advise the Reception Team at the time of booking your appointment.
Home Visits & After Hours Appointments:
Home visits will be available on a case by case basis, if the Doctor is in agreement. Home visiting until 10pm (and then locum on 9429 5677) are available within the Wyndham Municipality and are made by the Doctors from our Clinic. After Hours appointment Telephone 8731 6500 to request a home visit and ask for further information relating to after-hours fees.
Your medical records are confidential. Our policy is to maintain security of your personal health information at all times.
Courtesy Reminders & Recalls:
Hoppers Lane GP Clinic is committed to preventative care and has a system of registering patients for recall for clinically significant results and preventative advice.
Our Clinic will be participating in the use of registers in national/state reminder systems and as such from time to time we may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time.
Please advise our Reception team if you do not wish to participate in this program.
Telephone Contact with your GP:
Doctors at our clinic can be contacted during surgery hours. However, with regards to your privacy and confidentiality please note that results will not be given via the telephone.
If the Doctors is with a patient when you call – a message will be passed through on your behalf. Doctors will always take the call in the case of an emergency.
If you have any feedback, suggestions or complaints regarding your experience at our Clinic, please feel free to talk with your treating Physician, a member of our Reception Team, or the Practice Manager.
You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. If you have a problem – we would like to hear about it. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously and will respond to any complaint within 48 hours.
